What if I want to quit a group? |
If you should decide you don't want to play, you can remove yourself from any group via the Your Group Members screen. Your name will have a big red X next to it. If you click that, you will have the option of dropping from that group. By dropping from a group, you are only removing your connection to that group, not deleting any of your data. You can join another group or rejoin the same. (although we're not sure why someone would drop, then rejoin) Also, managers (the creator) of any group can "quit" anyone in the group as they will see red Xs next to everyone in their group. Same thing applies here. If a manager drops someone, they are removed from the group but none of their data is deleted. If you don't make your picks for3 weeks in a row you might me dropped. (your login ID and all your picks will still be there, but groups to which you have attached will no longer see you) |

How do private leagues work? |
When a league is created, it is made either public or private. Private means that members can be added only by knowing that the league exists. This is done via two methods: 1. A unique league code. All leagues have a unique code. If you want someone to join your private league, you must tell them this code. When they access Join a League, they will enter this code into the private code field. 2. After you have joined a private league, you can Invite friends directly into your league. This will send them an email containing a link that will allow them entry directly into your league. |

Can I join more than one group? |
Groups are collections of members who want to compete with others in a specific League. Best example of this would be 20 friends who all want to compete against each other for the NFL season. You can join a group or build your own. Groups can be public or private. You can be a member of one or many groups however each member has only one set of picks per League. In other words, you could be in your office pool AND create your own family pool for the NFL season. Your office gang does not know what other groups you're part of and messages are never shared. So if you belong to multiple groups, you only need to make one set of picks each week. |

What if someone is making rude posts? |
This can and will happen in public leagues. We have a zero tolerance for being rude, which includes spamming or flooding. If someone does this, all you need to do is click the Contact Us link and report it. We'll remove their graffiti and disable or delete their account. |

How do I contact others in my league? |
Click the Your League Members option. There you will see a list of everyone in your league. To send a message, click Send Email. In order for this to work, you will need to be logged in AND the person in your league must have a valid email address. The system will generate an email message to whatever address they provided when they registered. We do not have a private messaging system within League. Also, it is not possible to send a message to all members of your league, although that feature is being considered for league managers. |
