How to make early picks

Some weeks there are games on Thursday.   They usually are not good games and most of us can't watch them because the NFL Network hasn't yet become a household feature.   All that aside, we must still make our picks and there has been great confusion, so here shall forever be written, those words to illuminate that topic, once and for all. When you are to encounter the Thursday game, do this: Login anytime before kickoff, and use Pick Wizard to select picks and points for all of your games -- even if you are a pick master and think Pick Wizard is no wizard at all. After Pick Wiz has made all selections, then make accurate only the Thursday game.   Leave the rest set to whatever PW thought was a good guess.   Reason:  When picks close for that Thursday game, all the rest of your picks are visible.  If you spend time making your "real" picks for that week, that means anyone who cares can see your game plan before the bulk of the games are played on Sunday. When the picks reopen Friday, then go back in and edit the remainder of the games. Another reaon this is a good idea:  If by some odd chance you should not edit your picks, at least you have something.   Realizing at 1:30pm on Sunday that you only made your Thursday pick, really sucks.
