How often are standings updated?

Point totals are generally updated at the conclusion of each block of games. For example, on Sunday, there are early and late games. The early games end around 330pm EST. Usually by 4pm the standings will be updated for those games. So on a typical weekend, there will usually be four updates: Sunday on 330pm, 7pm, 11pm and Monday at around midnight.
