| Are login IDs and passwords case sensitive? |

Login IDs are not CaSe sensitive. So if you signed up as username Rubel, you can login with RuBeL. THIS IS NOT true for passwords. If you entered your password as Powerbar, then POwerbar will not work. Of course the system will not tell you that you have the wrong case combination -- it will simply inform you that you have failed this most basic function. If you have forgotten your password, there is a Forgot password option that might help. Last resort, drop us a note and we can reset it for you. |
