As a group manager, you can remove anyone from your group by clicking the red X next to their name. If you are not sure who they are, you can send them an email first by clicking the Send email link at the bottom of the Your Group Members screen.
When you boot a person from your group, it will not inform them they have been removed. If your group is public, be aware, they can join again. For this reason, it's best to email them letting them know why they are being booted. Also, removing a person from your group does not harm their data in any way. (All of their picks and pick results are still intact. They could take their picks and join another group... hoping that group doesn't boot them too.) If a person is doing something in your group that's not appropriate, give em the boot, then make your group private. They will have no way to get back in without knowing your group code. (Why does this bring back memories from grade school??) If the person is doing something that violates the terms of service here (being offensive in any way) report them to us and we'll deal with them as well.
