Could you take the link off to the babes page on my name – some of the women here who may join may not appreciate it as much as the rest of us.

You have the option of creating a link to whatever you want that is clickable from the Your Group Members page.  If someone else created your account for you, it's possible they pointed that at Google, or in this case, something that might not be ideal for office use.  To fix this, just go to the Control Panel and click the Edit Your Profile icon.    There you will be able to put whatever link you want in for your name -- or nothing at all.   (if you want nothing linked to your name, then save a blank field there)

Just to be "equal" here are some beach dudes that could easily keep men from joining!
